Not to be sold or availed to other parties without the specific authorization of that customer. All customer information and emails are kept on record with Cycle Pig USA for the sold purposes of record keeping and to afford you better customer service.   Cycle Pig USA does not support or engage in any spamming. Cycle Pig USA will notify customers of any up and coming sales we may have to save customers money. Pricing All prices in Cycle Pig USA are subject to change at any time and without notice based on the our Manufacturer or Distributors increases. The customer will be notified as soon possible of any decrease or increase in prices. Cycle Pig USA will make every effort to honor all posted prices and will notify the customer if that is not possible. Shipping: Only Domestic All shipping costs are calculated via our online store.   Items over 500.00 will require a signature upon receipt and will be shipped to the credit billing address. Most orders are shipped UPS or FedEX Ground for large freight. Additional fees are added for 2nd, 3rd day or overnight deliveries. Back Orders Cycle Pig USA's online store stock will indicate if the item or items the customer desires to purchase is in stock. If the item (s) is not in stock the customer will need to email us inquiring when the item(s) will be in stock. Cycle Pig USA will make every effort to notify the customer of the when the item will be available. Generally, most items will be re-stocked within two weeks. *Custom Orders Special custom items that are not generally in stock require a special order a 100% deposit required via credit card in order to secure your purchase. This is the standard requirement by our manufacturers and Distributors. If the customer is not sure of the item they want to order, be aware that once the order is shipped by the vendor , the customer will not receive a refund on the item. So please be certain that the item you order is the one you want. If the vendor is willing to accept a return we will refund your money. If the the vendor accepts a return, but charges a re-stocking fee, we will refund your money minus the vendors fee. If upon receipt of the custom item it proves to be defective, please go online to our Cycle Pig USA store, request a Return Manufactures Authorization (RMA) number. Items can not be returned unless a RMA number issued. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless prior approval is received. Cycle PIg USA is not responsible for the warranties of the items but will do our best to assist the customer in contacting the manufacturer or distributor. Returned items. All items should be returned within 15 days of receipt. Items such as electrical components, clothing, *custom items, nuts, bolts, are subject to return approval by manufacturer or distributor. We will charge 20% Restocking Fee on all items returned. The re-stocking fee is the costs charged by our vendors to return items. CYCLE PIG USA does not retain any of the the re-stocking fees for profit. The item returned must be in the original box that it was shipped in and original condition indicated by the customer. Your account will be credited minus the 20% re-stocking fee via our online store credit card system.
