Need to Return a product? To return a product at Cycle Pig USA, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at sales@cyclepigusa.com or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA. However, Cycle Pig USA reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 15 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the following: FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES A FULL CASH REFUND ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to on returned items, and Cycle Pig USA will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back. All items should be returned within 15 days of receipt. Items such as electrical components, clothing, *custom items, nuts, bolts, are subject to return approval by manufacturer or distributor. Special orders will not be accepted for return. Returned items are subject to 20% Restocking Fee on all items returned. The re-stocking fee is the costs charged by our vendors to return items. CYCLE PIG USA does not retain any of the the re-stocking fees for profit. The item returned must be in the original box that it was shipped in and original condition indicated by the customer. All items are inspected to assure that it is in the condition stated by you. Your account will be credited minus the 20% re-stocking fee via our online store credit card system. Note that the re-credit may not be indicated in your current credit card billing cycle, but may be indicated in the next credit carding billing cycle. Items that are purchased via Paypal.com will credited minus 20% re-stocking fee. Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement refund or credit at Cycle Pig USA’s discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
